Piloane Consulting Services (Pty) Ltd is a multidisciplinary built environment consulting firm delivering excellence through Quantity Surveying, Project Management, and Facilities Management. As a proudly 100% black female-owned company, we are committed to transforming South Africa’s infrastructure through innovation, integrity, and sustainable development.
Founded in Johannesburg in 2013 by Ms. Mosha Senyolo, a visionary and highly qualified Quantity Surveyor, the company has grown into a trusted partner for public and private sector clients. Our work spans student housing, retail centres, commercial buildings, healthcare facilities, and major infrastructure projects.
We combine technical expertise, modern technologies, and a client-focused approach to deliver solutions that are efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable.
Our Story
Born from a commitment to excellence and transformation in the built environment, Piloane Consulting Services began as a Quantity Surveying practice and expanded into a multidisciplinary consultancy.
Today, we work across diverse sectors including education, healthcare, retail, commercial, residential, and public infrastructure — providing strategic guidance and end-to-end project solutions.
