Founded in 2013 in Johannesburg by the visionary and passionate Professional Quantity Surveyor Ms. Mosha Senyolo, the company has grown into a trusted partner for delivering innovative, value-driven solutions.

The company is made up of a team of young, talented and energetic professionals who have come together to promote and provide strategic services that are oriented with specific client goals and objectives; where we adopt a proactiveapproach to service delivery in order to ensure that the time, value and quality expectations of our clients are exceeded.

Founder and Managing Director
Mosha Senyolo is a motivated, passionate, and driven registered built environment professional with 14 years of extensive experience in Quantity Surveying and Project
Management. As the Managing Director of Piloane Consulting Services, Mosha leads with a commitment to delivering innovative, sustainable, and impactful solutions in the built environment sector.
Throughout a distinguished career, Mosha has demonstrated expertise across a wide spectrum of projects, ranging from construction audits to billion-rand engineering developments, serving both local and international clients in the public and private sectors.
Currently, Mosha serves as the President of the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors, where she champions the advancement of the profession and fosters innovation. Additionally, she is a board member of the Joint Building Contracts Committee, contributing
to the development and implementation of industry-standard practices that promote excellence and efficiency.
In 2014, Mosha was recognized as the Mastercard Business Partners SME Toolkit Young Aspiring Entrepreneurs Regional Winner. She is also an alumnus of the prestigious USAID Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI), further highlighting her dedication to leadership and professional growth. Mosha holds a range of qualifications that underscore her capability as a well-rounded business leader:
– 2018: Master of Science in Building (Real Estate), University of Witwatersrand
– 2012: Certificate in Advanced Project Management, University of South Africa
– 2009: Bachelor of Science (Honours) Quantity Surveying, University of Witwatersrand
